One or more nominated leaders should complete one census for each local church.
'Local church' refers to the whole gathering of attenders who meet at a single location or site. A local church may consist of more than one church service or congregation.
Instructions for multi-site churches: If your church meets at more than one location or site, please complete one Church Census per church location.

Participants are unable to withdraw data after it has been submitted. Results will be supplied to churches, church and denominational leaders, and used for research into views of church attenders and matters of church life. Charles Sturt University’s Human Research Ethics Committee has approved this project.
